Came out immediately to look for the mice in my walls. Set up traps and made a plan to remedy their access through my crawlspace. Even caught one while he was here, baiting my traps. Never showed up and never called. Placed a follow up call and said they were coming in an hour and never called, never showed The owner contacted to say their employee had an emergency and did not contact them. They came first thing the next day and disposed of the dead skunk FREE O F CHARGE. The employee who came was respectful and apologetic. I would definitely use this company again.
