- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After our clients reach to us, the very first step we take is to schedule a site assessment meeting. We carefully receive and collect all project aspects clients are planning. After the meeting, our clients typically receive a detailed, tailored proposal for their unique project in 2-3 business days. There are no obligations or fees to receive the proposal. Once our clients receive and analyze the proposal, we are always easily reachable and answer any questions, recommendations or simply make recommendations how to meet their budget.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Construction management specially bathroom/kitchen remodeling requires serious attention and experience for completing the projects in most efficient manner. As being president of our company, on top my field experience for almost a decade, I hold a post graduate degree on business management.
