- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We always try to work with your insurance first. You dont need to even call them. We do everything for you, including speaking with an adjuster. If your insurance does not cover your damage, we will do our absolute best to be reasonable but not sacrificing the quality of our work and materials.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First... We are available 24/7 and if you call us, even during the night - we will be there for you! We know that water damage gets only worse, so we will be there immediately. Mold and Fire Damage, don't worry - we will handle it. When at your location, we will assess what the issue, damage is and tell it to you straight. We will take on all the responsibility with the communication with the insurance and make sure that we do our absolute best. If you will have any questions, or concerns, you will have our personal number which you can call any time.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are certified, licensed Water Damage, Mold Removal and Bio-Hazard specialists credited by the state.
