I honestly did not know it was possible for my house to be this clean! I’m now embarrassed about my previous definition of “clean” lol. She went above and beyond. Like my carpets are somehow cleaner too? Also, the fridge and oven cleaning services were very worth it! Recommend those add ons! I cannot recommend them enough. My initial reaction to the job done was “please move in”.

After experiencing multiple floods within the apartment, we wanted a deep clean to reset and feel normal again. Maid America is hands down the best cleaning service we have had, and we have had a few! The two women were kind and incredibly thorough. I can say that the house feels clean, fresh and bright for the first time in a while and we are so grateful.

I scheduled a deep clean for my home and it was my first cleaning service ever. The team of 2, took their time in getting every nook and cranny of my home. I’ve never seen my kids’ rooms so clean! They did an excellent job! I also got the oven and refrigerator cleaning and they left them looking shiny and new. Maria was super responsive and professional. I will definitely hire them again and would recommend them!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The first cleaning always costs a little more, if it is to do weekly, surely I charge less than I charge the monthly cleaning.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First I see the house, he shows me what he wants, I tell him what we clean and we do not clean, and I give the price. Every house is unique.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
6 years of experience cleaning professionally and many years cleaning my own house.
