My first experience with Finesse Your Mess was last weekend. I reached out to the cleaning service owner, LaShonda, with a last minute cleaning job for a 2 bedroom 2 bath apartment. She contacted me right away and went out of her way to accommodate my schedule. LaShonda is polite, professional and very hard worker, She checked in with me to make sure I was getting the service I wanted which I did and more! I would wholeheartedly recommend her for cleaning your home or apartment. I will definitely be using her again in the near future.

Finesse your Mess has custom pricing based off the needs of the clients. We offer a $10off your first service
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Finesse your Mess will contact you to discuss your needs and expectations. Then we will book an appt that is most convenient for them. We confirm all bookings via text, you will receive an arrival text. First, walk thru-quick tour of the space and what needs to be cleaned. The Final walk-through client expects work to ensure all needs are met before payment.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I've worked for busy wfh clients, disabled, moving in/out. I've worked for families with multiple children as well.
