- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Finesse your Mess will contact you to discuss your needs and expectations. Then we will book an appt that is most convenient for them. We confirm all bookings via text, you will receive an arrival text. First, walk thru-quick tour of the space and what needs to be cleaned. The Final walk-through client expects work to ensure all needs are met before payment.

I've worked for busy wfh clients, disabled, moving in/out. I've worked for families with multiple children as well.
