I don't work on ceilings higher than 10 ft No estimates on-site. If you can't share a picture or address, please don't contact me. I can't give a quote without seeing anything. are you looking for the best price? call me Always make sure all my customers are 100% satisfied with quality and perfection. There are no hidden fees at the end of the job. For recessed lights and light fixtures in a room without attic access, additional holes will have to be cut on the ceiling to run wires. I will patch them, but i don't sand or paint. Business hours are 10 am to 5 pm Monday to Friday

We needed to install recessed lights in our living room. James was very responsive from the moment I messaged him here and within a few minutes we were able to finalize the scope of work and scheduled to perform the work. He asked for detailed pictures of what we wanted to do. Once we sent them, he gave a very reasonable price which we accepted. He also gave various options for types of switches, lights and configured the way we wanted. Overall he was very communicative, punctual and very professional who knows what he’s doing. I highly recommend him to anyone who is looking for a no BS type of guy.

We just purchased a house with no lights in the bedrooms so we hired James to install recessive lights in three of the bedrooms with dimmers. He was quick and responsive from the start. He arrived on time and got the job done very quickly in one day! He brought all his supplies needed and cleared out his garbage from the day as well. What I really liked about James is his professional recommendations for other things around the house. For example when he was drilling to the ceiling for one light he noticed wetness and took the time to go in the attic and assess and take photos for me. He made sure that the light was insulated well away from the wetness as well. He also suggested lights for me to replace other recessive lighting that was in the house because I wanted something brighter than what was previously installed. He’s kind professional and diligent in his work and our house looks much brighter now with his help! Thank you James! Will definitely recommend him!

James is extremely responsive and managed to take on the project within a day. He was very professional and explained everything and then got to work quickly. He is very focused and diligently placed all lights where we wanted with perfect alignment. He managed to place 22 recessed lights within a day and several dimmers which I highly recommend. The rooms and the house completely changed after the installation and gave the house a huge new fresh look. The recessed lights make a huge difference. We went with 3000k 6 inch LED lights. We are so happy that we decided to do this project with James. He is the true definition of professional. I highly recommend James and would definitely call him again for any future projects with lights.
