There are different tiers in pricing. Once a week, two to three times week and four or more times per week pricing.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. Free initial fitness screening (phone/FaceTime) for 15 mins. 2. Set a first training appointment. 3. Train 4. Do homework routine. (when not training with me) 4. Another fitness screening after 10-12 sessions.
