I was contacted by Gary in a very timely manner. The project was small involving the removal of stair banisters and balusters so vinyl flooring can be installed plus repair of a kitchen floor that was damaged by a leaking roof and some repair of an outside deck. Gary asked for some photos and gave me a very reasonable estimate. He scheduled one of his workers, Nick, on a day that fit my schedule. Nick showed up on time, was very friendly and professional. He finished all of the projects in one day. I will call Gary back to reinstall the banisters and balusters when the vinyl flooring is complete. I highly recommend Brady Renovations LLC.

I hired Gary to install a Chandelier on a 12ft. ceiling.
It was not an easy install, we encountered some unforeseen circumstances and I was very impressed with how well he handled the pressure and how calm he remained throughout the process.
Once I was able to get the proper part from the lighting store, he came back again to finish the job without charging me extra. I really appreciated his efforts and that of his assistant. They were a pleasure to have in our home. They both were courteous, neat and polite at all times.
I would use him again in a New York minute! Thanks again Gary for your great effort.

Excellent service. Gary installed a motion detection outdoor garage light for me. I am very pleased with the job. He also does carpentry and I showed him a few odd jobs around the house that I would like done in the future. He said that as soon as I am ready just let him know. Based on this first experience, you can be suret that that I would be calling on him many more times in the future. He is friendly, calm, polite and made me feel very comfortable and safe in his presence. I will gladly recommend him to anyone and feel very comfortable doing so.
