- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer Free Estimates, Veteran and Senior citizen discounts. Lifetime warranty. Promotions change monthly (right now get free premium gutters w/ leaf guards on any new siding installation) Our longstanding relationship with our manufacturing partners and owner operated business structure allows us to offer the most competitive pricing without sacrificing the quality of our work. It's not uncommon to see a proposal twice what ours is. It happens more than you'd think.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first step is a consultation. The owner will come take measurements of your home and speak with you about your home improvement requirements. We will offer a proposal in writing at this time. If client decides to move forward with us, We will draw up a contract, go over any and all details about the project, and offer an estimated timeline. Materials are ordered and upon arrival, we will schedule delivery at the convenience of client and begin working on home within 2 days of material delivery. Once we have started a project, that project will continue until completion. We do not leave houses half finished. The only exception is stopping due to bad weather.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are trained and certified through our manufacturing partners to be able to offer a quality product line at very competitive prices. Not a whole lot has changed in the world of siding, roofing or windows, but we stay up to date on any new product training thats available.
