I’ve been working with David for the past few months and let me tell you it’s been amazing. From the very first session he made me feel confortable and tailored a workout plan that perfectly matched my fitness goal and abilities. What I love most is his amazing motivation skills, he pushes me to do my best without being overwhelming. He genuinely cares about my well being and progress. I can’t say enough great things about David! His approach to fitness is truly transformative, combining efficient weight training with personalized nutrition guidance that helped me achieve my goals faster than I ever imagined. His training approach has taught me so much about proper form and ensuring I’m doing the optimal amount of training, so I don’t waste time, which has helped tremendously with my busy schedule. The emphasis on delicious, high-protein meals has not only made eating healthy easier but also enjoyable—I look forward to every meal!
The fully equipped gym he trains me at is a massive bonus. The gym has everything you need, from a squat rack and free weights to numerous machines and cardio equipment. The supportive, motivating environment he’s created has made all the difference in my journey. He’s very responsive over text and I feel like he’s made me more passionate about my fitness than I could be alone.
