She was phenomenal! Since we started the process with her, she was extremely patient and knowledgeable. Sometimes we were unsure of how we wanted to bring our vision to light, but she was always able to bring her creative insight even down to something as minuscule as napkin colors coordinating with the balloon decorations. She always responded to our multiple questions, phone calls, and texts promptly and always made herself available. She truly exceeded our expectations, and we were floored by the incredible job she did!

We absolutely loved Rashida's nalloon creations! My dad had a great 80th birthday celebration. If it wasn't for finding such a great decorator like RR Events, the dinner would not have been as beautifully decorated!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My event planning and balloon designs are priced fairly. Every event design is going to different so pricing vary. Every event will incur a travel, setup and delivery fee depending on your location.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My process after communicating and identifying your event needs. I typically request a picture or video of event space, so I can have a visual idea of where I will be working and the amount of space I’m working within. I then provide an event proposal, after review and approval of event proposal I send event contract along with deposit information to secure the date and services.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been planning, hosting and decorating events since the birth of my daughter in 1992.
