Asked me to send her my judges order and didn’t respond for 5 days.Asked if she could take a second out of her busy day to respond to my inquiry, and she responded quickly accusing me of being rude. Then proceeded to say she has the flu and other clients that already retained her, so to focus on taking a second to reply to a “potential client”, wasn’t important. Not yo mention, she knows I only have a week to appeal my current court decision. The way she went about this was a cop out and a very shitty and not unempathetic way of turning me down. She doesn’t care at all. Find someone else.

You were not a client. I sent you a retainer two weeks ago and you said you didn't have any money but thanked me for listening to you. You have a domestic violence charge, you disconnected from a hearing with a Judge when you didn't get your way and got reprimanded by the Court and then decided to be rude to me because I wouldn't take your case for free. Yes, my clients who pay their hard earned money for my services will ALWAYS come before potential clients - they deserve as much. I am going to answer them and work on their case long before I respond to new business.

I can honestly say that Nixon Law Firm, should have been my first choice for an attorney, during my divorce. If I could turn back time I would have hired Vanessa imediatly. Being served with a motion from my ex- husband, for no other reason, but to harrass me and apply one more financial burden on me. I hired Vanessa, not only was she immediatly able to point out the things that my divorse attorney had missed or settled on without dispute, but she has taken control of my situation, turned the motion in my favor and is asking for total dismisal of the motion.
