I needed a new air conditioning unit. Paul L from Assured Mechanical answered his phone immediately the first time and every subsequent time I called throughout the process. Our team has been around for quite some time now. We have been in all of the trades and on the management side of the trades. Assured has pinpointed exactly where the pricing for each individual job and service should be. We are fair and honest with our pricing. When you get a proposal from us, its not just one lump sum. We will break down each line item for you.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We are open to work with anyone. In our industry we usually don't have the ability to tell someone we wont work with them. We try to treat every customer as they have been with us for years.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have been in business since 2006. Every employee has a varied background in multiple trades. We have focused our talents on making Heating and Air our main goal and have been striving ever since.
