Our prices are fair according to the hard work that our cleaners do with dedication and professionalism.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The process starts with a text message, then it escalates to a phone call to talk about the details of the cleaning, such as how many bathrooms, living rooms, there are in the house, once we have all the details, then we give our estimate and proceed to schedule one day for the cleaning and all the necessary data is taken to maintain contact with the client such as e-mail, name, telephone and how to have access to the workplace. One day before the cleaning, the work is confirmed and 30 minutes or an hour before arriving to the house. After the cleaning is done, the client is asked to inspect the house so that he is satisfied with the work and another visit is scheduled if required
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
When looking for cleaners, do not look for the cheapest, but for the quality, the reviews, the photos with past projects that prove the efficiency of the company. As they say you get what you pay for.
