We had four high hats installed in a bedroom, one outlet added to the living room, and our two front lights replaced, and everything was done perfectly and in a timely fashion. I will always call Francisco in the future whenever I need electrical work done!

Flaco Maintenance is truly amazing father/son team that delivered exceptional experience for us. My family room is two story and needed to change the ceiling fan which required 16 foot ladder. They not only completed the job but were very careful in ensuring all surrounding areas were covered from any debris. I was also having issue with my bathroom exhaust fan. Francisco was kind enough to go to Home Depot to pick up replacement fan and then install it in bathroom at reasonable price. I will definitely hire them again for any type of electrical work.

Francisco showed up on time, was professional and knowledgeable. He worked quickly, even continuing to work in the rain! Our project was an outdoor outlet for a pond. He troubleshot the issues with the wires and conduit. Purchased the needed materials after assessing the job. Francisco maintained a positive attitude even when the heavy rains started. He stayed way past the end of a normal work day, even on a Friday evening. Thank you!
