- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Currently we offer complete 12 week programs in which we cover everything you need to know to the get the best results possible from your fitness program. This means we spend a lot of time working with our clients on both the nutrition AND the exercise components that are required for achieving serious results. We have clients that come to us just for just program design and then follow through with their programs on their own (either at home or in their gym) and we also have clients that meet with us anwhere from 2-4 times a week depending on their goals, motvation and budget. All of our programs are time tested to help our clients achieve their health and fitness goals. Those include personal training, semi-private training and small group training. All of our programs are generally a 12 week initial commitment, and the investment rusn anwhere from 277.00 to 1092.00 a month depending on which option you choose and what's best for you.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our potential clients meet with us for an initial complimentary consultation. We want to make sure our potential clients feel that we understand their goals. We also offer a free training session BEFORE asking our clients to commit to a training relationship with us.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
15 years of teaching Health & Physical Education. B.S. from the College of N.J. 22 years of training experience. Tip Top Fitness Training, LLC was founded in 2006. We have helped over 2400 men and women in the South Jersey area, lose weight, and achieve amazing fitness results.
