I have been seeing small parts of grout missing from my shower and have been patching them myself, but apparently I missed some and found a water stain on the ceiling beneath the shower. I wanted someone that specialized in grouting and found Grout Envy and couldn't be happier. Millie spent to better part of the day working on the grout and the shower looks brand new! Very professional work and cleaned up the shower area after she was done. I can't recommend Grout Envy highly enough. If you need your grout or tile work done, call them. You won't be disappointed.

Rich from Grout Envy did an excellent job on my tile repair! He explained every step of the process, kept informed as he was doing the work and even addressed some additional areas outside of the tub surround. He worked efficiently and fully cleaned the area after he was done. His level of responsiveness is top notch! When I submitted the request he messaged and called immediately. He sent a reminder once the job was booked and followed up the day of the appointment. After the job was completed he emailed a receipt outlining what the work that had been done and that payment was made before he left my drive way. I would highly recommend Grout Envy!

Rich was very professional. He let you know what was going on every step of the way and was very reasonably priced. He restored my kitchen and bathroom tiles. They were very dirty, with missing grout in some areas and now they look brand new! Hire Grout Envy. You won’t be disappointed!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Every job is different in regard to pricing. The size of the job and how much work is entailed determines price. I also give 10% discount to senior citizens, law enforcement or veterans.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I come out to give you a free estimate and explain in detail the work that will be done. once we have agreed to move forward then we just schedule a date and my helper and I will come out to complete the work. Payment will be due upon satisfaction and completion of the job.
