Marcus was absolutely wonderful- cannot recommend enough! The price was the best quoted, and when it came to a dryer that needed a little extra TLC the extra cost was minor. Our property has a few barriers to accessing the lines but they were no problem at all for him. I also loved his professionalism - a few other quotes we received were from the type to milk the extra issues/talk down to the customer, and we had none of that with Marcus. When an issue arose he clearly explained and was helpful in offering a solution (and not pushy to offer his services, though we just had him resolve the issue for us since he was already here and gave us a great price). He’s definitely earned himself a customer for life :)

Marcus was superb! He is very professional and explains what he is doing and answers any questions you may have. He shows you pictures of before and after and his work was excellent very though. He is timely on getting back to you as well as arriving at his appointment. The price was very reasonable for the work that he did, cleaning dryer vent and all ac/heating vents in entire home. This man is courteous and truly cares about his customers. He is above a 5 star rating in my opinion. I would definitely hire him again and would/will definitely refer to others.
