- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Customers should know that our CCTV pricing includes the cost of equipment, installation, and labor. After payment and installation, you own the equipment outright with no additional usage fees. We’ll also provide comprehensive training on how to navigate the app or TV. We are committed to offering the best rates to save you money, and we offer service calls if needed.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First we would talk about what is needing to be done, and then we would go check out where the location of the job would be. We would then show the customer how would do the job and finally schedule a date to install everything that needs to be done.
