Jimmy did a great job analyze the root cause of my problems with the furnace and the chimney. He did not overcharge or try to mislead me I need extra repairs. Very trusted and A great person. Jimmy and crew from Top Leader Construction are hands down the BEST. They built our retaining wall on time with quality, thinking through all nuances. Jimmy is extremely knowledgeable and he explained everything upfront including smaller nuances before the work was started. Our town was quite a pain when it comes to permits compared to other towns, but Jimmy patiently and diligently worked with the town clarifying everything they need to get the permit and final approval. Two of the contractors I hired initially to do the same job decided to quit after talking to the town. Jimmy was very thorough and passionate about his work. It was a pleasure working with Jimmy and his crew. I would certainly say they went above and beyond to deliver 100% complete and quality work. I would be happy to hire and recommend Jimmy and crew for any construction related projects in the future.

Jimmy was great to work with. He and Vinny came out to give me a free estimate. For the quality of work, the cost was very reasonable. I chose Top Leader over two other companies with lower quotes, because I knew they would not cut corners. I am glad that I did, because they got the job done quickly and exactly as requested. Even though it was a smaller patio than most of the other jobs they do, they treated me just like any other client. Very professional and courteous, and they cleaned up after themselves. The only way you can tell their crew was on my property is from the brand new, gorgeous patio in my backyard. Definitely check out Top Leader for any masonry projects!
