Prime Built is unlike any other contractor—in the best way possible. I’ve dealt with contractors who never called back, showed up late, or never even sent an estimate. Prime Built was the complete opposite. They called me right away (on a Sunday!) and came out for an estimate immediately. Their inspection was thorough, including photos, measurements, inside/outside assessments, and even drone images to explain everything in detail. The estimate was fair—actually lower than I expected. They got started right away. Communication was clear and consistent throughout the entire process. They left everything spotless and went the extra mile to make sure the job was done right.
