- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Everything is itemized and very transparent. Exterior, interior, and screens all carry separate fees and there is a small admin / transportation fee per job.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I can estimate the project over the phone, video call, or in person. Once we agree the job is scheduled. After completion the homeowner is asked to review the work before they are asked to pay. Anything that isn't exceptional will be redone.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have gone through 20 hours initial training on cleaning and perform ongoing training on technique, equipment, and customer service.
