Hi, I'm David. I want to meet and work with you at Posterity Studio. Posterity Studio is an audio/music production, music instruction (vocals; piano), and project recording studio in Freehold, NJ. Along with pro vocal, piano, and artist instruction, I work with independent and established artists, bands, and beginning musicians. Vocalist and piano students, artists, and bands receive professional production, recording, and music/performance instruction in a comfortable environment. As a vocal instructor and piano instrument instructor with more than 15 years of professional performance and teaching experience, I coach vocalists from beginners to established artists and teach stage performances to help further develop artists' professional sound and presentation. Complete music services such as songwriting, lyrics, pre/post-production, recording, mixing, and mastering are available in all styles of radio-friendly music. Musicians, singer-songwriters, artists, aspiring artists, spoken word narratives, and voice-overs can walk in with or without material or a concept and walk out with great-sounding music recordings and original complete songs, tracks, or beats. Whether you're a musician or need a band, work and collaborate comfortably and achieve your best-sounding music using (musicians-provided) live instrumentation and various media, including midi and audio samples. David with Posterity Studio coached my son (17yrs) with private voice lessons and the growth he acheived vocally was incredible. The lessons were done via video chat and it was such a blessing to have access to someone as talented as David from our small town in Idaho. Immediately my son achieved greater range, more voice control and increased confidence because David helped him discover and develop a style that's unique to him. He's performed locally several times and sounds amazing. My son is great on guitar and loves to sing but lacked confidence with writing original music and David really helped him with that.. he's a true professional. Thank you so much!

I have been working with David for singing lessons for over a month now and within the first lesson have seen vast improvement. He caters each lesson to you specifically and is able to expand on your problem areas with such ease that it becomes easily conquered. His ability to explain the right methods of practice have significantly helped my voice. I would recommend him to any person seeking to improve their voice. We'll worth any travel distance!

David recorded a cover song for me which had some changes to the melody. It was my first time recording a song. I was nervous and completely unfamiliar with the process. I also needed him to play the music for me and do all the editing and mixing. (Frankly, I wasn't even aware of those terms or what they meant.) David was amazingly helpful and patient. He worked with me and explained the process. He asked questions to guide the development of the song. He figured out the timing of the song, quickly learned the melody and chords for the song, some of which were completely original, and invented a few of his own note sequences on the spot. We recorded the entire song in 6 hours and David had the final product ready for me two days later. I am so pleased. David made me feel at ease, was professional, really knowledgeable, and kind. I highly recommend.

For the past 5 months, I have been taking vocal lessons at Posterity Studio with David Narcisse. I honestly can state that the whole experience has been phenomenal. I honestly learned a lot in this place; I felt comfortable, challenged, and motivated. David is very patient and attentive. He's not only a vocal teacher, but a friend. One can tell how much he cares for his students and music. He went out his way to learn more about the music I loved. When I began taking classes with David, I said one of my main goals was to be more confident with my voice to go out and sing in public places. I can say that I have become a better singer since I started the vocal lessons. I feel more prepare to go out and sing. During my time with Posterity Studio, I did go out once to sing publicly and I remember that I didn't do so great. David truly gave me strength to stand up and keep going. I can't thank him enough for all he did. I'm now very excited to learn more and I will keep practicing many of the lessons that I was taught here. It was an honor to work with Posterity Studio. I will definitely be recommending Posterity Studio to others as I'm sure no one will be disappointed. This place has only left a positive impact in me; I'm glad to have experienced it.

What types of customers have you worked with?
The common types of jobs I do for my clients involve vocal performance instruction and recording and music production. I also teach musicianship with piano instrument instruction. I coach professional artists and vocalists teaching techniques (larynx position, breathe support, open sound, relaxed jaw etc...) that contribute to singing well and to better live and recorded performances. I also provide full studio music services like composing, arranging, writing, recording, editing, and mixing. Most times a client needs help with the direction of their project including song production, music arrangement, vocal and instrument performance. Throughout the project, starting with pre-production and ending with mixing (and mastering), I meet with artists, listen to their ideas and assess their production needs. When needed I help create a project concept (music genre ideas among other things) based on the artists vision and musical direction. All of this helps to ensure the clients involvement throughout the production process and leads to a successful music project.
