- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I understand that a lot of customers cannot afford an attorney, so I made it a high priority to provide them with a reasonable and affordable price.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will arrange a zoom meeting to gather all the information needed to begin working on their document, explain the process and answer any questions. I will then prepare their document and arrange another zoom meeting to review and go over the document to make sure the customer is happy and satisfied. Thereafter, I will finalize the document and guide the customer with any additional steps they may have to take if the document has to be filed with the Courts.
