- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have multiple design packages to choose from ranging from In-Person Consultations to virtual e-Designs. I can also customize a service not listed or combine certain services for a discounted price. We will work within your budget to make your space New Again.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The typical process starts with a phone consultation to review a clients wants, needs, and aspirations of changing their space. This is then followed with either an in-person consultation going through a client's space(s) together OR the client would send me basic measurements and photos of their space(s). From there, depending on the needs of a client, I would then create blue print layouts of how space(s) can be designed, send mood boards to preview what the space could look, and send a detailed shopping list of all materials needed to accomplish the re-design. From there, the home owner has the roadmap to accomplish their re-design on their own, as their budget and time permits. I also have an option to fully order and put together the design for clients who do not want to do it themselves.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been in the design and merchandising industry since 2009, have been working directly in the home remodeling industry since 2015, and am a licensed Realtor. I have a Bachelors degree in Business Administration.
