Frankie was nothing but the best. Was willing to adapt to requests and very creative in finding solutions. We love our basement & use it daily. He was able to hang 4 TVs perfectly for us to really make the room standout. Hid all cabling so its very professional and did a first rate job. If we ever move and redo another basement, he's getting our call.

Details: Residential • 500 - 1,000 sq. ft. • No, I will not be adding structural or weight-bearing features to my basement • No, I will not be modifying or adding living space to my basement • Yes, my basement finishing or remodeling project will require electrical or plumbing work • No existing plans, but have a good idea of what I want

Frankie was awesome. His work was solid, it looked good, he was up front with any constraints or issues and was honest in his pricing. When a job didn't go so well, I didn't suffer. I would strongly recommend Frankie and crew.

Details: Exterior door (e.g. front door, patio door) • Storm or screen door • Basic door (swings open and shut) • Wood • Door is drafty or leaking • Problems shutting the door • Lock installation or replacement • Home

Frankie did a great job installing a basement bilco door for us. He came out to give us an estimate and was able to start work within the next couple of days. He does really quality work and makes sure everything is right - he even went above and beyond and painted the door for us for the same price he quoted us! Would definitely recommend Frankie and will use him again for our next projects.

Details: Complete plans or drawings • Basement • Replace parts of existing structure • No load-bearing structures involved • Less than 500 sq ft • Home • I am the owner

They responded to my inquiry immediately. He came out the next day to see the project. Then returned the following day to complete the project. I am extremely pleased with the work that has been done. I will definitely recommend them to others. I will also be using them for all my projects in the future.

FAQs

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I went through a full 5 year apprenticeship with schooling and working the full time

  • How did you get started doing this type of work?

My dad introduced me when I was very young and I started by handing him tools as he needed them, sweeping up the jobs, cleaning up at the end, having material ready for him. When I graduated high school I got into the carpenters union and started to learn more and more and eventually started taking on my own jobs and building my knowledge of the trade through many great carpenters.
