My name is Frank Kerner. I have been a Martial Artist and instructor for over 25 years. The martial art I teach is Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. It is a great martial art that is fun, practical and will get you in shape. I have trained and trained with World Champions to little kids. I provide safe and fun training through a progressive learning.
