This is the second time I will be using the services of Live Appliances Services. The first time, he fixed my gas oven. He was prompt, knew exactly what was wrong and was very professional. I did not think twice of using his services again when my clothes dryer stopped working. I got the same excellent service. He also cleaned all the lint that had built up over time. We were lucky and both our dishwasher and washing machine break on the same day. I contacted Live Appliances and we received a response very quickly. The dishwasher was fixed in about 1/2 hour, unfortunately the washer could not be fixed...the gear case was broken...? Even though the washer officially died, we were happy with the service from Live Applicances.

Rashad at Live Appliances Services is exactly who you want to come and fix your oven when you can only kind of describe what's even wrong with it. He explained the problem clearly and laid out the time and cost required to fix it in a way that was easy to understand. When a problem with a defective part sent from the manufacturer came up, he took responsibility for something that was obviously beyond his control and promised a speedy resolution. This is the only contact you need if you want your appliance fixed professionally by someone you can trust.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Service call and diagnosis fee -$89 10% discount for seniors 10% discount for retirees 10% discount for police, soldiers, doctors and teachers If the customer decides to have it done after the diagnosis is made, there is no service call fee.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For a correct diagnosis, I ask the customer what the problem is, in what interval, when it started. According to what the customer said, I contact, check and diagnose. Customer satisfaction is very important to me.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have an education that I completed in 35 weeks.
