We hired John frank moving company to move from NJ to Philadelphia and the move couldn't have done better. Vlad and Edgar were very punctual and quick in loading all out items. Communication is key for me and they are good at communicating. I moved locally from an apartment to a storage unit for the time being. The movers did a wonderful job, assessing the task before carrying out the task. My biggest negative on their work was the lack of knowledge on how a mattress should be treated. I had a regular Sealy mattress and the guys had wrapped it very tightly to the point of squishing it. When we tried asking them to do it properly they kept insisting it would reshape itself after the wrapping was removed. One of them kept mistaking it for a foam mattress that is rolled and sold, and I mentioned it multiple times it was NOT a foam mattress. Anyways, I was on the clock with them, had them leave it as is, and as soon as they left, went to Home Depot and put a new mattress bag on it after undoing the bad wrapping job on it. All in all, they are hard working and did a good job. I would use them again but be a little more involved in their wrapping tasks!!
