- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Accounting fee depends on the number of transactions (sum of transactions x transaction fee). There are appropriate times to bill a client hourly or to charge a one time set-up charge.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I ask a new customer probing questions about the business needs, problems, and challenges. I can customize some aspects of the QB program to tailor the software to best meet the needs of each client. Whether working with a new client or performing a periodic check-up, ProAdvisors offer a valuable service to businesses when they perform a data review to check on the health of the company’s data and offer solutions to fix mistakes found.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I pride myself on being an innovative, result -oriented individual with advanced education and QuickBooks ProAdvisor Advanced Certification. I was awarded my BSB/ACC with a Major in Accounting Degree at University of Phoenix. The Advanced Certification assumes deep understanding of accounting principles, expert knowledge of the accounting software, and the ability to troubleshoot client files.
