The MAKEUP FIX Brand has been working with makeup clients for over 15 years. We service clients in both the Tri-state and DMV areas. Iman is our Key Makeup Artist. She has the ability to service medium sized bridal parties single handedly. If you have a large party (10 or more) let her know and she'll bring in another qualified team member to assist. ***MAKEUP FIX can also provide hairstyling with heat tools upon request***

Iman showed up ready to go by the time my bridal party and I got there. Her assistant was sick that day and she had to get through 8 of us by herself. She did an AWESOME job! A lot of us dont normally wear makeup, so we were anxious about what we would look like, but we all ended up polished and gorgeous! I was very happy with the job she did on me, the bride. I have rosacea and the one other time I had my makeup done professionally, the woman didnt seem to know how to work with the redness. Iman used a spray foundation which really did the trick! Neutral colors for my eyes and lips, and she even used fake lashes, which I was apprehensive about, having never tried them before, but they looked awesome too! Highly recommended! She did a great job!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
***PLEASE DO NOT MESSAGE UNTIL YOU ARE SURE OF THE DATE OF YOUR EVENT AND THE NUMBER OF PEOPLE BEING SERVICED.*** Pricing is set based on industry standards. I offer base pricing and add on services. I also accept a deposit at booking to secure your date. Deposits are non refundable.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new customer I like to ask a lot of questions about the look they are going for. Sometimes I'll ask for magazine tears or screenshots of looks similar to the look they are trying to achieve.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I studied costume design at Hampton University and completed makeup training with a well known makeup brand.
