My wife and I received Diane's information via word of mouth and we are so happy we discovered her! She does everything from local travels, international trips, destination weddings, honeymoons, cruises...you name it, she does it. We really enjoy working with her because not only is she attentive to detail and making sure the trip she plans is the trip you desire, but she always makes time for you, very quick turn around period with trip itineraries and pricing. We planned our honeymoon with her April 2016 to Italy (Rome,Venice, and Florence). She picked awesome hotels and tours, we had a blast! We are planning a birthday trip with her this September and looking to celebrate our 1yr anniversary in Hawaii next March. If you need just a generic travel agent looking to push a lame travel package your way, then look elsewhere...but if you are looking for someone who cares, wants to plan a trip of a lifetime and stay within your budget, then Diane is the one! Our Viking River Cruise from Amsterdam to Switzerland was incredible! We used Cruise Planners because this was our first trip to Europe and we wanted to be sure everything would go smoothly. Diane was super helpful in thinking ahead to what would make our trip better---half the passengers had to leave on the last morning to get to the airport in the middle of the night. Diane found us a flight at noon so we could sleep late and eat a leisurely breakfast and take our time heading out to the airport. When you book straight through Viking, they give you whatever flight is cheapest. She doesn't charge for her services and is paid by the cruise line. She had wonderful ideas of what to do and where to go. We will definitely plan our next trip with Diane's help!!!

Diane is great. She was able to book my family trip of 8, to Florida without me going bankrupt. The hotel was amazing and kid friendly.. I will definitely have Diane book all my Vacations from now on! No need to look anywhere else, she does it all. Tasha

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is based on the vacation package. I do not charge a service fee.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I suggest a quick phone call so that we can establish expectations for the trip. I like to discuss the clients past trips, their interests, and even their dislikes. After the call I begin my research and usually within 24 - 48 hours have an itinerary for the client to review. Of course changes are always part of the process. I am here to serve my clients and make the experience a positive one.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have been an avid traveler my entire adult life. Travel is my passion and it seemed natural to start a career as a travel professional.
