- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is based on the vacation package. I do not charge a service fee.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I suggest a quick phone call so that we can establish expectations for the trip. I like to discuss the clients past trips, their interests, and even their dislikes. After the call I begin my research and usually within 24 - 48 hours have an itinerary for the client to review. Of course changes are always part of the process. I am here to serve my clients and make the experience a positive one.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have been an avid traveler my entire adult life. Travel is my passion and it seemed natural to start a career as a travel professional.
