We had a great experience with Chef Antonio! He responded very quickly with a personal note, and then proposed a lovely menu for ur Thanksgiving feast for 9 people. He readily tweaked a few items to account for dietary restrictions. On Thanksgiving day, he delivered the food exactly on schedule, with clear directions for how to heat/reheat each dish. And most importantly, the food was delicious and presented beautifully! Favorites from our meal included the squash bisque, salad with dried figs and pickled onions, cranberry sauce, green beans, mashed potatoes, and Apple galette for dessert.

5 STARS!!!! We hired Chef Antonio for my bachelorette and he did such a great job. We worked on the menu together to create exactly what I wanted. The food was amazing. I didn’t get many pics of the food but the presentation was beautiful! They set up and cleaned up the kitchen to perfection. Would highly recommend!

Chef Antonio was absolutely amazing! He was incredibly kind, professional, and his culinary expertise is on caliber of that with a fine dining restaurant. And we are foodies so I do not say that lightly. He did not disappoint! He made our very special family dinner all the more delightful. I would not hesitate to call on him again. Thank you, Chef! 😊

I hosted a dinner for 16 of us in town for a weekend of golf. From our first communication to when the last piece of silver was cleaned, our experience with Antonio could not have been better. We needed a chef to prepare a Saturday dinner and a Sunday lunch. Antonio sent over creative menu ideas for both meals and was very flexible in making adjustments to suit my guests’ preferences. When we arrived home from a long day of golf, Antonio had a craft cocktail waiting for us, plus appetizers that would have served as stand alone amazing entrees. Thirty minutes later, the main course was presented it and it did not disappoint. Everything was amazing and it evident that Antonio prepared the meals with a lot of care and intention. I highly recommend Antonio for those seeking amazing food for a small private dinner or a large group event. We will have Antonio return soon.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    When collaborating with a new client, my process is designed to ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience from start to finish. Once you share your desired style of cuisine, I will swiftly provide you with a customized menu proposal that perfectly aligns with your preferences. On the day of your event, I will take care of every aspect, starting with arriving approximately 3 hours before your designated dining time. From shopping for the freshest ingredients from local farms to meticulously planning, prepping, cooking, serving, and even cleaning up, I handle it all. To secure your reservation, I kindly request a 50% deposit upfront, allowing you to reserve your desired date and ensure my availability for your event. The remaining balance can be settled conveniently on the day of the event.
