- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Each cake design may differ in price. This all depends on the artistry and design of cake. I start my buttercream cakes at $3.00 per serving and Fondant at $4.00per serving.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When a customer contacts me I need to know the basics first. How many people are you trying to serve? What design do you want? Any filling? Etc, be prepared to spend at least 5-10 minutes on the phone answering base questions to complete your order.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Actually, I'm self taught. However I alway like to keep up with new techniques so I am able to create a piece of art for my clients
