I can’t say enough good things about my experience with Computer Doctor. My computer screen was completely broken, and I was bracing myself for a stressful ordeal. But from the moment I reached out, he was unbelievable! Super responsive, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable. He diagnosed the problem quickly, kept me updated throughout the entire process, and got everything fixed perfectly. It’s rare to find someone who checks all the boxes, but he did everything right. Stan is awesome! I drive a truck - long distances. So, when my laptop broke, it was a disaster. It was a blessing to find Stan. We worked together via phone, exchanging photos and info about the problem. He made the repair so easy-everything was ready to go when I arrived in town. He even met me at my parking location and picked up the laptop. His communication was great-texts and calls to update me on the status. The repair was finished within 24 hours, and I was able to pickup the computer on Christmas Eve. Stan is a remarkable person-I cannot recommend him highly enough!

Stan is amazing. I requested a technician to repair my broken computer screen. He responded within a short period of time, and went above and beyond and offered to drive to my office to pick up my computer and repair it. I was as amazed at how quickly he repaired it. He reached filled me in on the details of the repair and his fee was incredibly low. I would 100% refer and use him again in the future.

Very happy customer here! All within 6 hours, Stan diagnosed and repaired my pre-built MSI Aegis RS gaming desktop PC with some wizard-like jujitsu that only a certified MD in computer sciences could conjure. - Recently heard a loud pop from the tower while running CS2, it shut down immediately and wouldn’t turn back on. Thought it might be a power supply issue, but was worried that something else was damaged. The MSI came with a 750w PS, so I picked up a Corsair 850w as a replacement… but realized quickly upon opening the tower to try and replace it myself that I was in over my head. Stan was quick to respond to my initial questions, offered professional insight on potential causes and began running checks to diagnose the problem even before meeting. I dropped off my lifeless computer at 12pm and by 6 he had confirmed the problem, replaced the entire power supply, and run diagnostics to ensure the system was running properly. He even cleaned it up and made it shine like new! Turns out my old PS was limiting my CPU, so in a way I got a repair AND an upgrade thanks to Stan. Highly recommend the Computer Doctor for everything from your basic PC and laptop repairs to high-end custom gaming rig builds. Will be going back to him for my next upgrade!
