- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
OUR PRICING REPRESENTS THE QUALITY OF WORK WE OFFER. WE ARE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND ALWAYS MAKE SURE OUR WORK REFLECTS QUALITY, BECAUSE WE SEE IT AS A REFLECTION OF OUR HARD WORK, PASSION, AND SKILLS.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
FIRST WE MAY SCHEDULE A WALK-THROUGH IF WE ARE NOT ABLE TO QUOTE THE CLIENT OVER THE PHONE. NEXT, WE SEND A QUOTE OUT AND SCHEDULE A DATE FOR WORK AFTER APPROVAL. WE ALWAYS RECEIVE A 30 TO 50 PERCENT DEPOSIT DEPENDING ON THE SCOPE OF THE PROJECT AND WHETHER IT IS FINANCED OR PAID DIRECT. WE START OUR WORK BY CLEANING AND PREPARING THE AREA OR PROJECT WE ARE WORKING ON. THEN TAKE OUR TIME AND DO OUR WORK AFTER WHICH WE GO OVER IT TO FIX ANY MINOR ISSUES OR SOMETHING A CLIENT WOULD LIKE FIXED OR DONE DIFFERENTLY . THEN WE CLEAN THE AREA TO SHOWCASE WORK.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
WE HAVE QUITE A FEW YEARS OF HANDS-ON EXPERIENCE. PLUS SOME CERTIFICATES.
