- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Customers get a price sheet for all the charges. We make sure all interested parties agree to the scope of work.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Review the damaged area, educate the customer about the Standard, create a remediation plan and make sure the customer is satisfied at the end of the job. Before the job begins, we conduct a hazard assessment that is required by the Standard of Care to protect owners and occupants.
