Our initial contact was good, he spent almost an hour on my house assessing things. He came back with a good estimate and we agreed without negotiation. But when I asked him about booking a date and his license information so I can apply for NJ rebates, he disappeared on me. I called him, texted him, and reached out via thumbtack a few times. I would gladly update the review if I had a response.
