- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I never upsell or upcharge customer. Price you get is price you pay, and it won't increase during repair.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I ask to describe problem, check and diagnose appliance, offer price quote and repair it, if customer accepts the price.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I am an Electronic Engineer, but I never liked offices. I have been in the field for the last 24 years.
