I’ve got my oven back! 😁 Stan is amazing. He explained what was wrong with the oven, how he would fix it and the time it would take. He also wanted to show me that the fee he was charging was standard, which I greatly appreciated. It was a pleasure to meet him and I enjoyed our conversation. I never upsell or upcharge customer. Price you get is price you pay, and it won't increase during repair.

I ask to describe problem, check and diagnose appliance, offer price quote and repair it, if customer accepts the price.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I am an Electronic Engineer, but I never liked offices. I have been in the field for the last 24 years.
