John and his crew did an excellent job fixing our roof and siding. They were professional, efficient, and completed the work on time as promised. I highly recommend them for any roofing or siding repairs.

What a great experience. I have worked with other contractors but this time i was pleasantly surprised. John thought of me the client before anything else. He kept me updated throughout the process with photos of the progress on my roofing was always available to answer questions. It was always about doing a great job and making me happy over the money. By accident a storm window was broken, John asked no questions just took it down and got it fixed, this is when i was completely won over. Other contractors would have questioned it or given me a hard time, Not john. I would highly recommend Cannizzo Construction for any job. The Cost was reasonable, the work was impeccable and at the end of the day you would have never known they were here, they cleaned up so well.

Cannizzo Construction used top grade materials and provided pictures throughout the stages of the roofing process, troubleshooting, repairs, installation and clean up. Super professional and personable. Highly recommended! Will definitely hire again for future exterior repairs. You should, too!

We are locally owned and operated so our pricing is very competitive.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We set up an in home consultation where we find out exactly what the customer needs and wants. We then provide a price based off of that. Once that proposal has been approved we provide the customer with samples of the product they are interested in. The customer will pick the product they prefer. We then custom build the project to fit the what the customer needs and wants.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been in the construction industry for over 20 years.
