- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Envirosafe operates under what is known as Flat rate pricing. Flat rate pricing is a billing model where a service or product is provided at a fixed, predetermined price, regardless of the time and materials involved. This contrasts with time-and-materials pricing, where charges are based on the actual time spent and materials used. Flat rate pricing provides customers with a clear, upfront cost, making it easier to budget for a service. It's often favored for its simplicity and predictability, both for the customer and the service provider.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process consists of working with the customer to find a day and time that works best and get you scheduled. On the day of the scheduled work, the technician will give you a call when they are on the way to your location. Once they arrive they will review the project and give you a price to proceed. If you approve the price, in most cases they will be able to complete the work the same day. If the work is a larger project or special material is needed, a future date will be schedule. Our technicians have materials on their trucks to handle 90+% of all proposed work the same visit.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our technicians receive on going training weekly. They have classroom training weekly to include hands on training as well. They receive over 50 hours of additional training every year to add to their already stellar set of skills.
