FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
As a painting contractor, customers should know that my prices are competitive and based on factors such as the size of the project, the type of paint and materials needed, and the complexity of the work. It's important to understand that pricing can vary depending on these factors, so it's best to discuss your specific project details with me to get an accurate estimate. I strive to provide transparent pricing and ensure that customers receive fair value for their investment. Feel free to share the details of your project, and I'll be happy to provide you with a personalized estimate.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, I would start by meeting with the customer to discuss their needs and preferences. Then, I would provide them with an estimate for the job, including the cost of material and labor. Once the customer agrees to move forward, I would schedule a time to begin the painting work. During the painting process, I would prepare the surfaces, such as cleaning and sanding, before applying primer and paint. After completing the painting, I would inspect the work to ensure quality and address any touch-ups if needed. Finally, I would clean up the work area and have a final walkthrough with the customer to ensure their satisfaction.
