They mowed my lawn, edged it and cleaned up the blown grass. They did it efficiently in a short period of time and were very friendly and courteous. They answered my questions in a way that showed they were professional in their knowledge of landscaping as well.
They lived up to my expectations and I will know at a later time about more of their work when they do some clean up and planting for me.
I feel a responsibility to update my review that I made in April 2014.
I just recently had to suspend their services due to several unsatisfactory and costly situations. Last year they did a wonderful job as far as the lawn services went. They were efficient, fast and dependable. In the fall there were problems with no resolve, and more this year.
At first I listed all my complaints but then erased them. I hate to write bad reviews but I also dont like losing trust and respect for someone who I am paying to do a job that they should do properly with some integrity. One example is that he has promised to replace the siding where his men made several big holes with the weed whacker, starting last year. Now he said hed do it in Sept. or Oct. I told him Id pay my July lawn mowing bill when he replaces the siding. I havent heard from him since.
This spring I had to hire someone else to do my weeding and spring cleanup because Chris was too busy apparently -and I wanted to plant my flowers.
In spite of all of this, these men work hard and I do appreciate all the good work they did most weeks. But I cant deal with this lack of organization, dependability or broken promises any longer.
Sorry but I hope this will help others to make choices. Thats how I hired them in the first place, but that was 1 1/2 years ago.
