We hired Wilmer to replace the carpet in our bedrooms by hardwood. We had checked various offers but when Wilmer visited us and gave us a quote, we were soon convinced that he was the one who sounded most professional. And we made the right choice ! Wilmer and his team worked wonderfully, removed and took away the carpet and then installed the hardwood perfectly. He was very responsive to all my questions and also very punctual! I couldn’t be happier with my experience with Wilmer and would choose him again if I had other floor projects. I can only think of excellent as a word to describe his work and extremely nice to describe Wilmer!

We purchased vinyl flooring from LL Flooring (formerly Lumber Liquidators) and had them install the product. Within 2 years the floor was cracking, peeling and separating. We originally wanted to repair the flooring, replacing the broken planks.
After searching floor installers on Thumbtack, we requested a quote from Wilmer, based on the wonderful reviews he has received. Thanks goodness we found Wilmer!!!
He responded quickly and we communicated several times on the options of repair or replacement of the flooring, Wilmer providing detailed information on the options.
We arranged for him to see the flooring and provide an estimate. Once he inspected the flooring, he advised that replacement was our best option as LL Flooring had neglected to install the correct subfloor before the installation and if that wasn’t addressed the floor would continue to be an issue with just a repair.
He gave us a fair quote, explaining in detail how he was going address the subfloor issue and install the new flooring.
After scheduling the work with Wilmer, he continually communicated with me to confirm the date of the installation, the materials we would need, timing of the project, as well as his arrival time on the day of the schedule work, further demonstrating his strong work ethic.
His a true professional – knowledgeable, detail-oriented, punctual, hard-working and extremely polite. His expertise is AMAZING, his quality of work was outstanding and he was a pleasure to work with!
He did an amazing job and the outcome was above and beyond what we expected. We could tell the difference the minute we walked on the floor.
I would absolutely not hesitate to recommend him to anyone who has flooring needs - 5 stars are not enough!!!!

We hired them to remove old padding and reinstall my original carpet after water damage, and we couldn’t be happier with the results. The team was professional and efficient, carefully removing the old padding. They thoroughly cleaned the subfloor before laying down the original carpet, which looked as good as new. Would highly recommend this installer for anyone needing reliable and quality carpet or restoration services.
