- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our prices have a starting point depending on the style of cake or desserts youre looking for. And we can always work within your budget to provide alternatives if needed!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to discuss their needs if not already mentioned in the request. A design they have in mind is always useful. From there I can provide some different options based on guest count and desired product.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a degree in business management as well as a degree from the Institute of Culinary Education in Pastry and Baking. I also have 10+ years experience decorating cakes and making desserts and dessert tables.
