- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
When forced to send a quote to a customer, I tend to quote a higher price to protect myself. When I can see the job, I am accurate and committed to that price.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I suggest meeting with me, allowing the trust to begin, and giving me full view of your needs.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I was part of a Military unit that concentrated on servicing military structures, and I have been in the industry for many years.
