A general note before my description. A basic price of $200.00 for 4 hours is for New Jersey Residence since I live in NJ. For the New York area, Philadelphia, PA area, and the Delaware Water Gap area, there is a $50.00 traveling fee added to cover tolls and extra gas if needed. So $250.00/4 hrs. is the basic price for those areas. Also, there is a 3 hour minimum in all areas in New Jersey. 3 hour cost in New Jersey is $175.00. In all other areas listed above, there is a 4 hour minimum at $250.00. Please also note that additional fees may be added for longer than usual traveling (longer than 1 HR. 30 minutes) and for parking costs in garages. I try to be fair by looking for places on the street near the destination first or cheap garages if there is no parking on the street. With over 10 years experience in the industry, and one of the few licensed bartenders in 3 states, NJ, NY, and PA, I try to go above and beyond to make sure your event goes off as smooth as possible. When you hire me, I come fully equiped with all the bar equipment like shakers, openers, bar napkins, straws, holder, ice bucket for drinks, and more. I will also send you an event guide, a most requested drink list for both men and women, a recommended bar supply list, and an appropriate contract to look at. We hired David for a Halloween party at our home, and he was absolutely fantastic! He was even agreeable to come in costume, which added such a fun touch. From the start, he was incredibly communicative, answering all our questions and providing helpful lists of supplies to stock the bar. He also shared a variety of drink options, including specialty Halloween cocktails. On the day of the party, he arrived an hour early to fully set up his bar, bringing all the equipment he needed like shakers and containers. It was clear he was a true professional with a lot of experience. He even took one of my own drink recipes and made it even better! Throughout the evening, his focus was entirely on our guests, ensuring everyone had a great time. His professionalism and attention to detail were truly impressive, and we couldn’t have asked for a better bartender. I would absolutely refer him to others and look forward to having him at future events!

Loved having David as our bartender for my dad's 60th birthday party this past weekend. He was very responsive with any questions we had, cocktail menu planning, and shopping from quote inquiry up until the time of the party. He was on time and ready to serve drinks when the first guest arrived. David was also very engaging with the guests, and everyone had a great time. Maybe TOO great of a time lol. He can be a little heavy handed on the alcohol, but just vocalize any need for adjustments and he's receptive. The margaritas and mojitos were a hit! I actually didn't want to drink at all, but it was a popular drink at the party so I had to try it myself. Yum! David certainly has my business for future events.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Yes. Usually $200.00 for 4 hours with 50.00 for each hour overtime. Occasionally it is priced accordingly to event, time needed and budget. For New York area, Philadelphia, PA area, and the Delaware Water Gap area, there is a $50.00 traveling fee added to cover tolls, extra gas or parking if needed. So basic price for these areas is $250.00 for 4 hours with a 4 hour minimum.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First I assure the client I will walk them through the process. I also encourage them to read my reviews from past jobs including ones that also hired me for a first time. I am here to help make there event a memorable one and to run smooth.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Continuing with the certified cards which means going over materials. Sometimes learning new drinks in the field by clients too. Certifications also include being Tips certified which means learning to slow down and deal with guest starting to over due the intake of alcohol. This protects the host of the party, along with the guest him or her self and the person serving.
