- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge a fee based on the project and client needs - special event styling is $300 -$450, photo shoot styling is $550-$750 and wardrobe update and closet assessment is $650-$750. Each client's needs are individual, the pricing can vary. I can customize different packages to meet the clients needs. For new customers I require a deposit the first time we work together that goes towards their invoice.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to get to know the client via a complimentary phone/video consultation to understand the client's needs and vision for their style. The client is encouraged to complete a questionnaire so that I can gain a knowledge of their needs, likes and dislikes. The consultation is also used to gain a sense of your personality and lifestyle. I can also evaluate your closet and see what clothes, shoes, jewelry and accessories you currently own. Once we both decide we'd like to work together, I will create a style inspiration presentation with wardrobe selections based on your needs as discussed.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a BA in Fashion Design/Merchandising. I worked as a Fashion coordinator for a lifestyle magazine directing and styling the fashion photo shoots. I also further my education and completed the Fashion Styling program at the Misa Hylton Fashion Academy.
