I am passionate about sharing my love for Yoga and teach with an authentic and fun approach. I teach Vinyasa Yoga and in my classes I like to focus on strength and stretching, pranayama and meditation. I love everything about fitness and a healthy lifestyle and I would like to share this with people. I promise you that you will get from my class exactly what you need and want!
If you are a beginner- no worries just take your mat, yoga blocks and towel, I will teach you from the basics.
If you have some experience we will work on your alignment and goals.
If you are an advanced practitioner- we can improve your practice and have a lot of fun.
I am a Functional Medicine Nutrition Coach so I can give you a nutrition consultation and help you to maintain your health. I can help you lose weight, create healthy habits, educate you, and manage your health if you have any conditions. I work with autoimmunity and GI problems ( Skin, Allergies, Thyroid, Asthma, and many others). We will create a roadmap for improved health.
