Jay painting showed up on time and was responsive. Unfortunately, once the paint dried, we discovered the entire wall had crackled. The issue could have been the paint or primer itself, but the painter knew how old the paint was (3 years) and did not raise it as an issue. We were depending on his expertise to guide us through this project and were disappointed when we had to paint over the entire wall ourselves.
